Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Slice pickles lengthwise and carefully remove some of the center to create space for stuffing.
3. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheese together. Add garlic powder and black pepper if desired.
4. Stuff each pickle half with the cheese mixture.
5. Dip each stuffed pickle into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
6. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray.
7. Place stuffed pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove carefully and serve hot.
