1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Black pepper (to taste)

Breading

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1½ cups breadcrumbs (panko = extra crunch)

For Frying
