1️⃣ Prep the Pickles

Slice pickle spears into bite-size chunks

Pat them completely dry (important for crunch)

2️⃣ Make the Cheese Filling

In a bowl, mix:

Cream cheese

Mozzarella

Cheddar

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Paprika

Black pepper

Mix until smooth and thick.

3️⃣ Wrap the Pickles

Scoop cheese mixture and wrap around each pickle piece

Roll into a tight ball

Freeze 10–15 minutes (helps keep shape while frying)

4️⃣ Breading Station

Bowl 1: Flour

Bowl 2: Beaten eggs

Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs

Roll each bomb: Flour → Egg → Breadcrumbs

(For EXTRA crunch, repeat egg + breadcrumbs)

5️⃣ Fry to Perfection

Heat oil to 350°F / 175°C

Fry 3–4 bombs at a time

Cook 2–3 minutes until golden brown

Remove and drain on paper towel
