Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the dough into equal-sized pieces.
  • Flatten each piece and add mozzarella, chopped pickles, and a small spoon of pizza sauce if using.
  • Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each bomb.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with marinara or ranch for dipping.
