Instructions

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
3. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese. Stir well to form a creamy sauce.
7. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
8. Sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning if desired.
9. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.

Notes:
You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a variation. Adjust cream and cheese for desired creaminess. Broccoli can also be lightly steamed before adding for faster cooking.
