These whimsical treats combine creamy cheesecake filling, a crispy coating, and a fluffy cotton candy finish—perfect for parties or a fun dessert project!

Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar

  • Pink or blue food coloring (optional)

For Assembly:

  • 1 package (about 10–12) prepared crepe-style spring roll wrappers or thin wonton wrappers

  • 1 cup cotton candy (flavor/color of choice), plus extra for garnish

  • Water for sealing wrappers

  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

For Coating & Serving:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1–2 tablespoons cotton candy flavored powder or finely crushed cotton candy (optional, for coating)

  • Extra cotton candy for decorating
