 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the bombs

  • Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels.

  • Place a cheese cube on a pickle slice and top with another slice (like a sandwich).

  • You can also wrap pickle pieces around the cheese if preferred.

2️⃣ Set up breading station

  • Bowl 1: flour

  • Bowl 2: beaten eggs

  • Bowl 3: breadcrumbs mixed with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper.

3️⃣ Coat them

  • Roll each pickle-cheese piece in flour, then egg, then ranch breadcrumbs.

  • For extra crispiness, repeat egg + breadcrumbs again.

4️⃣ Fry

  • Heat oil to about 175°C / 350°F.

  • Fry the bombs for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

5️⃣ Drain & serve

  • Remove and place on paper towels.

  • Serve hot with ranch dressing or spicy mayo.
