1️⃣ Prepare the bombs

Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels.

Place a cheese cube on a pickle slice and top with another slice (like a sandwich).

2️⃣ Set up breading station

Bowl 1: flour

Bowl 2: beaten eggs

Bowl 3: breadcrumbs mixed with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper.
3️⃣ Coat them

Roll each pickle-cheese piece in flour, then egg, then ranch breadcrumbs.

4️⃣ Fry

Heat oil to about 175°C / 350°F.

Fry the bombs for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
5️⃣ Drain & serve

Remove and place on paper towels.
