👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Mix the filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, pickle juice, garlic powder, dill, and black pepper.
Mix until smooth.
Add the extras
Stir in chopped pickles and shredded cheddar (and ham/turkey if using).
Spread
Evenly spread the mixture over each tortilla, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
Roll tightly
Roll each tortilla up tightly like a log.
Chill
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (this helps them slice cleanly).
Slice & Serve
Cut into 1-inch pinwheels and serve cold.
