Cook chicken-side down for 3–4 mins until browned, then flip and cook the tortilla side for 1–2 mins. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Make the Crispy Cheese Lace: Sprinkle small piles of shredded cheese onto the hot skillet. Let melt and brown (2–3 mins). Lift carefully and drape over a spoon handle or taco holder to form lace. Let cool and crisp.
- Assemble the Tacos: Drizzle ranch over chicken, add sliced pickles, sprinkle fresh dill, and top with crispy cheese lace. Add optional toppings as desired.
