Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup dill pickle chips (chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • 4–6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (plus more for drizzle)
  • Fresh dill or chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Divide mixture into small portions and press evenly onto one side of each tortilla (thin layer).
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place tortilla chicken-side down and press gently to “smash” the chicken onto the pan.
  • Cook for 4–5 minutes until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Flip tortilla over so the tortilla side is down.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese around the edges in the pan, letting it melt and form a crispy lace crust attached to the taco.
