DILL PICKLE TORTILLA ROLL UPS

Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill)

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and dill until smooth.
  • Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
  • Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Slice into bite-sized pinwheels and serve chilled.

Serving Tips:

  • Serve with ranch or extra pickle dip
  • Add chopped ham or turkey for a heartier version
  • Best enjoyed cold for clean slices
