- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and dill until smooth.
- Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into bite-sized pinwheels and serve chilled.
