Instructions:

  1. Prep the Pickles:Slice whole pickles in half lengthwise, or leave spears as is. Scoop out some of the insides to make space for the filling and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Make the Filling:In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and beef bacon bits. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stuff the Pickles:Spoon the filling into the hollowed-out pickles. You can use a piping bag for a cleaner look. Secure whole pickles with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Air Fry the Stuffed Pickles:Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place stuffed pickles in a single layer in the basket and air fry for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the pickles are slightly crispy.
  5. Serve:Carefully remove the stuffed pickles and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy with ranch dressing on the side.

Tips:

  • Adjust the filling to taste by adding more seasoning, cheese, or bacon bits.
