- Blend the fruit: Add fresh or frozen fruit to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Cook the mixture: Pour puree into a saucepan. Add Kool-Aid powder, sugar, honey (or corn syrup), and lemon juice.
- Simmer: Cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.
- Prepare the tray: Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Spread: Pour mixture onto the tray and spread evenly into a thin layer.
- Dry:
- Oven: Bake at 170°F (75°C) for 2–4 hours until dry but still flexible.
- Air-dry: Leave covered overnight in a warm, dry place.
- Cut & roll: Peel from parchment, cut into strips, and roll up.
