Homemade Kool-Aid Fruit Roll-Ups

🔥 Instructions

  1. Blend the fruit: Add fresh or frozen fruit to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Cook the mixture: Pour puree into a saucepan. Add Kool-Aid powder, sugar, honey (or corn syrup), and lemon juice.
  3. Simmer: Cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.
  4. Prepare the tray: Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  5. Spread: Pour mixture onto the tray and spread evenly into a thin layer.
  6. Dry:
    • Oven: Bake at 170°F (75°C) for 2–4 hours until dry but still flexible.
    • Air-dry: Leave covered overnight in a warm, dry place.
  7. Cut & roll: Peel from parchment, cut into strips, and roll up.
