Directions
1. Slice pickles into thick rounds or cut in half lengthwise.
2. Scoop out a little of the center to make room for filling.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, chives, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
4. Spoon or pipe the filling generously into each pickle.
5. Sprinkle with extra bacon or chili flakes if desired.
6. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
