Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or rye)
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 2 slices of sharp cheddar or Havarti
  • 4-5 thick-cut dill pickle chips (pat them dry)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • A pinch of dried dill
  • 1 tbsp salted butter (for a golden-brown crust)
